Digital content refunds and cancellation
Consumers may have statutory rights to cancel or receive a remedy when digital content is faulty, not as described, or does not work as it should. Nothing in this policy removes those rights.
Immediate digital supply
VOZERA products are digital content. Before checkout, we ask for express consent to supply the content immediately and acknowledgement that, once supply or access begins, the statutory cancellation right may end where the law allows. This consent is recorded with the order.
Paperback (printed) orders
Paperback orders are printed and shipped by VOZERA's print partner. If your printed order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, is the wrong item, or does not arrive, use the "Report a problem" option on that order in your Library. This is a separate pathway from the digital refund request above and is not an automatic refund — the seller reviews each report and may arrange a reprint, reshipment or refund depending on what happened.
When to contact us
Use the refund request form in your Library for a purchase made by mistake, a duplicate charge, access or technical problems, content that appears faulty, content not as described, an unauthorised payment, or another concern. Do not share payment credentials in the explanation.
Review and processing
The seller reviews the request using the order, payment and access evidence. A request is not automatically rejected because content was accessed. If approved, VOZERA submits the existing full-refund process and confirms the outcome after payment-provider processing.
Refunds are returned through the original payment method when the provider supports it. Contact support if you cannot access the request form or need help with a statutory consumer issue.
