Vozera stores the data needed to run the platform: account credentials (hashed), store and product content, purchase records, and the email address used at checkout. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
If you buy a printed paperback, we also collect the delivery name and address you provide at checkout and share it with our print-and-ship provider solely to produce and deliver that order. Sellers do not see your delivery address — Vozera's provider ships directly to you.
Purchase data is retained for order fulfilment, accounting and tax purposes. Email addresses from storefront signups are used only for that store's announcements. Contact support to request export or deletion of your data.
If you visit a product through an approved Affiliate Partner link, Vozera may set a first-party attribution cookie for up to 30 days and record a minimal click count for that affiliate. We do not use third-party affiliate trackers, fingerprinting, stored IP addresses or user-agent profiling for affiliate attribution.
